Strawberry-Kiwi Popsicle

Ingredients:
  • strawberry
  • kiwi
In a food processor or hand blender, puree the kiwi until smooth and set aside.
Puree the strawberries until smooth, and set aside.
In your mold, fill ⅓ way with your kiwi puree, then follow with another ⅓ of Strawberry puree and then top it off with the kiwi.
Cover mold, add sticks and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Run the molds under warm water to loosen up the popsicles.
I really enjoy these popsicles and it’s a nice using just two ingredients and not adding any sugar.  It’s easy to forget how incredibly healthy homemade popsicles are. Be Happy!!
