Homemade Popsicles

Peaches popsicle

4 ripe peaches pitted and sliced

4 mint leaves

water

Chocolate popsicle

120g chopped semi-sweet chocolate 

180g  heavy cream 

115g  milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

Blend until completely mixed in.

Pour into popsicle molds with sticks and freeze for 4-5 hours.

Cookies & Cream popsicle

14 chocolate cookies,
3 tbsp sugar

115 ml yogurt
60 ml whole milk

150 ml cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

 Crumble the cookies to make pieces, some big and some small.

In a bowl, stir together the sugar, yogurt, milk, cream, and vanilla. Add the crumbled chocolate cookies and stir to mix.
divide the mixture across the molds. Cover and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours. Be Happy!!!
